Low FODMAP diet: One of the novel diets that has been helpful for a lot of my patients is called a low-FODMAP diet. Trail and error: If a perfect diet prevents IBS , then no one will be suffering. How ever each individual by experience will figure out some diet will provoke an attack quickly , and some food products will help. Make sure follow your physician advice .
