Congratulations!: That's great. Please stay close to your doc because your lab values will change and the work of your heart is changing also. Slow and steady is the way to go. The way you see yourself in a mirror and in your self-concept will change also, but there is often a one to two year lag in that. You will still feel overweight and see yourself that way for a while. Focus on the inner person above all.
