What are some good meds or diet for someone who has ibs? none of the meds preprscribed are not working

Diet: Diet is usually the mainstay of ibs. A blandish, low lactose, probably low gluten diet is best that doesn't vary too much. Also try to keep fiber up in your diet.

Gluten: Consider trial of gluten and dairy free. No sugar. Lots of organic vegetables. Probiotics such as kombucha, real sauerkraut, water kefir, etc.
