Short answer is: yes, you should eat fish any way you can. But you live on islands, so you probably have more than enough fish already. But salted fish is very salty, and the salt is bad for you when you get older (kidney problems, high blood pressure, stroke, heart attack, swelling, weight gain). So try not to eat so much salt.

Fish is good.: Fish is generally healthy. Salt is not so healthy, so try to have fish that is maybe only lightly salted for flavor enhancement. And don't fry the fish - bake, broil or grill.
