Any fish: Any fish or seafood is good for you as long as you do not add salt and avoid sauces.

Fish is healthy: Fish is healthy - how it is packaged and presented matters. Fish in cans likely has salt. Fish in tins like sardines has salt. Fresh fish won't have salt and is not acidic. Frozen fish likewise is safe for you. Avoid fried fish.
