Please don't!: Cocaine is the likely reason you feel tweaked out. I doubt the ibuprofen has much to do with it but am curious why you took ibuprofen. While pure cocaine alone is enough to tweak you, one of the serious hazards of cocaine is that it is often cut with dangerous chemicals such as levamisole. The odds are strong that another bump will make you feel worse and could be very dangerous. Don't take more!

Cocaine Dependence: I understand your need ‘to feel normal” It seems that you took ibuprofen for the headache which could have been due to large amount of cocaine. Cocaine may cause stroke, seizures, heart attack, high blood pressure, paranoia and violent behavior. Your life is Precious. Do not take another bump. Go to E.R.for diagnosis and treatment. see a psychiatrist and discuss treatment for Cocaine Dependence.
