I took cocaine then took an ibuprofen and now k feel worse than before like i'm tweaked out. can i take another bump to feel normal?

Please don't!: Cocaine is the likely reason you feel tweaked out. I doubt the ibuprofen has much to do with it but am curious why you took ibuprofen. While pure cocaine alone is enough to tweak you, one of the serious hazards of cocaine is that it is often cut with dangerous chemicals such as levamisole. The odds are strong that another bump will make you feel worse and could be very dangerous. Don't take more!
