If you are worried.: If you are worried about its effects, stop taking cocaine. It is never safe to do cocaine. Regardless of if you take Ibuprofen or not, you are still prone to the side effects of cocaine.

NO! Stop cocaine!: Cocaine increases your blood pressure and heart rate -- your associated headache warns that you're in danger. A stroke is possible from this, and Ibuprofen will not help that. In fact it could increase chance of bleeding. Stop. Cocaine. Now. It isn't easy, but can be done. Talk to your doctor. Cocaine anonymous is a group program which may help you, & a psychiatrist-addictionologist also.
