Nope: Drinking coca tea or chewing coca leaves can produce metabolites that could cause a false positive DOA screening test. Not ibuprofen.

It can have THC +: on older tests, but not for cocaine. Screening tests have many false positives, and ALL screening tests should be followed up with definitive tests (gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy and others) that will definitively show the difference between false and true positives.
