I have a three centimetre lump in my lungs one opinion is a lymph node and other opinion it was a mass. should i be pushing for a complete diagnosis?

Needs work up: You first need to find out if it is in fact a lung mass or a lymph node. Chest CT is a good test for that. Clinical correlation and of smoking history is also significant. See a lung doctor please.
