Likely not cancer: Asymmetry in muscle mass in the chest wall (pectoralis) can be explained by inequality in pressure exerted by the upper arm while doing isotonic or isometric exercises . (cancer can be diagnosed only by biopsy) go see your dr for any concerns. Take care!

Get checked: You may be describing nothing more than having one pec major muscle bigger than the other, and chest wall cancers in a young man are very uncommon. But if you feel you have an unexplained mass lesion, show it to your physician on your next visit.
