Avoidance: Avoidance is the only "cure" or treatment of food allergies. See an allergist for evaluation and help in determining what you are allergic to.

Working on it: Currently the main option for patients with food allergy is avoidance and epinephrine. However there are clinical trials and Allergists across the country attempting various protocols to help decrease severity of reactions. Oral immuotherapy for common food allergens is currently being offered by a number of Allergists throughout the country.
