Yes: This area should not be seeping blood after hours of cold compresses and elevation. Do you have a history of easy bleeding,taking aspirin or Aleve (naproxen) or other bleeding tendencies like gum or nose bleeds,family history of bleeding disorders? Either way I recommend that you go to the hospital emergency room for evaluation and treatment.
