I have this one dark vein in back of throat. also it looks like i have red/white craters on my tonsils, and also i see excessive saliva, and sometimes it feels like i have food stuck in throat but when i swallow it wont go away ?

Otolaryngologist: Have a thorough examination by an Otolaryngologist. The specks are probably tonsillar stones which are old food and other debris. They are usually insignificant. Anxiety can cause a sensation of a lump in the throat. I doubt that the vein is pathological. For peace of mind an examination by a throat specialist will be helpful.
