Get help: All mothers with infants benefit from help. If you don't get a break it can become overwhelming. Have you become depressed since you delivered your baby? Consider seeing a psychotherapist to help you sort this out. Helping care for a child is part of a father's role. Would get some help for you first and then the issues with the marriage and parental responsibilities can be addressed. Take care

Post-partum stress: Reach out for help. Tell pediatrician you're stressed with childcare. Don't be embarrassed. Ask your family for support without blaming your husband. Join a mother's group. Look for low-cost babysitting at local school bulletin boards, YWCA, etc. If you need more help, ask your pcp or pediatrician for a therapist who specializes in post-partum depression or similar issues, can discuss marriage.
