BPD: You past the first step - recognizing your feelings. Try to find a dear friend who will give you buckets of empathy. Exercise lots. Eat three healthy meals a day. Get enough rest and sleep when you can. Take time to be alone with your husband. Journal. Do lots of self talk and encouragement. Try to not judge yourself and others. Avoid negative people. If you need help get it
