General guidelines: The Vitamin D recommended daily allowance (RDA) is 600 IU for those 1-70 years of age and pregnant or breastfeeding women, and 800 IU for those over 71 years of age. The USPSTF recommends biennial screening mammography for women 50-74 years. The ACS recommends women age 40 and older should have a mammogram every year. See your doctor if you have risk factors for breast cancer.
