Resubmit your ?: ...with more specifics. Spell out BNI. I could guess you mean a Bilateral Nerve Injection and, because it might cause overactive bladder, you're referring to injection of pelvic or sacral nerves. But that's just a guess. Also, I can't guess what symptoms you're having. The only thing I can say for sure is that NO procedure is guaranteed to be100% effective.
