May be ringworm, but: Without seeing it, its hard to tell. Ringworm is a fungus in a circular, raised, often itchy rash. Have a podiatrist or dermatologist take a look to be sure.

???: If the blotches are similar could be shoe pressure ..Lacing too tight ... Heat changes or tinea..Have it checked out.
