Maybe carpal tunnel: The location of your symptoms are consistent with where your "median nerve" is located. This is the nerve injured in carpal tunnel syndrome. There is also an ulnar gutter in the elbow where another nerve, the ulnar nerve is located. (Though that would not really explain your fingers). Carpal tunnel is often with excessive use of hands in repetitive movements. It also occurs during sleep.
