Hi there, do fibroids affect normal bleeding time after childbirth? how long is it meant to take? also does the pill affect anything in that regard?

Depends:: Uterine fibroids are very, very common. Most cause no problems. Sometimes they can affect periods. They don't make bcp's less effective. If you are having unusual bleeding patterns or pain, there are likely other causes. If you have two abnormal periods in a row, and you are not pregnant, get checked.
