Fibroids: Surgical options for fibroids depend on the size and location. Myomectomy, hysterectomy, uterine fibroid embolization and Acessa are a few options. Progesterone IUDs sometimes can control the bleeding. Others medications such as oral contraceptives, Progesterone and Depoprovera injections can stop them bleeding in some cases.
