A member asked:

In general, is a dental implant easier to place in the upper back part of the mouth or the bottom back of the mouth?

Same but different: Upper area has bone height and width limitations due to sinus location. Lower area has similar limitations due to resorption of bone over time and the position of the inferior alveolar nerve which runs inside the lower jaw from the back to the front corner. Choose your surgeon wisely. Best to work with a well-seasoned team or individual for placement and restoration of the implant.
