A food sensitivity?: If you mean you feel bloated after you eat, you may have a food allergy or sensitivity. Keep a record of what you eat for a few days and see if there is something in particular that makes you feel that way. It could be a sensitivity to gluten (wheat), lactose, or some other substance in your diet. You can eliminate certain foods for a while and see if you notice a difference.
