Unclear: It's unclear based on your description. It is true that everyones stomach will enlarge with a full meal - and it is possible that it might feel more firm. If you are experiencing any other related symptoms, it is possible that you would benefit from an exam. Hard to say: Constipation would be my first thought. But i would definitely go see your primary care doctor for an abdominal exam. They may decide to do an x-ray or ultrasound if something hard is felt in there and they aren't sure what it is. If this is constipation they can prescribe a bowel regimen.
