I am a young male, i have been having stomach issues for quite some time bloating and cramping. when i eat in particular carbohydrates my nipples swell up a lot. is this a liver issue? i has been getting worse over time?

I assume you're not experiencing actual breast swelling. I'm unable to connect nipple swelling to carbohydrate intake unless some estrogen type compound is released. Friction is the only other cause of nipple swelling in males that I can think of. I assume you've been evaluated for gluten and lactose intolerance as causes of longstanding digestive problems.
