Good question: You family physician is able to give you a print out of a proper diet or refer you to a dietitian. Remember the healthy and proper way to live a long life is to eat a well balanced meal, have regular exercise daily and don't smoke. You can also take a multiple vitamin tablet after breakfast each morning to insure you get the proper nutrients in addition. It takes conviction to live well

You are really smart: for wanting to get a good start on healthy eating each day. Oatmeal tops the list: fiber, omega 3's, folate, (folic acid) and then top with fruit and nuts, especially blueberries and flaxseed. Greek yogurt with fruit; an egg or two is great. Try almond butter or mashed avocado on whole grain toast. A protein shake with fruit is also good. If you think you're missing something a multivitamin pill is OK:)
