UTI: Kathryn it appears your questions was cut off before the end. Certainly, a kidney stone can also appear like a UTI on an urinalysis as both conditions cause inflammation. A kidney stone is usually associated with severe pain while a UTI is classically associated with burning upon urination. Both conditions may have overlap of other symptoms.

I found out I have a kidney stone. Haven't had much trouble with it had blood in urine and was put on a UTI med. I just passed some tiny clots?
