I have many pvcs on daily basis, with other cardiological workup normal. this has only started in the past year... can it develop/worsen with aging?

The heart changes: as you age in a number of ways. This could theoretically predispose you to an increased number of PVC's. Other than being annoying to some patients they are not dangerous unless you are having more than 15 to 20% of all beats as PVCs. Ask your doctor to obtain a quantitative monitor to see if you need an Electrophysiology evaluation and management.
