The word 'burning' back pain brings 'Shingles' or other Viral infections to mind. But it could be a number of things from simple bruise and contusions to Urinary Tract Infection, Right Kidney Infection or Kidney Stone and more ... Best to see the PCP for diagnosis and appropriate management.
