How fast will i dehydrate if i've had diarrhea for 24hrs. whenever i drink gatorade and water together i run bathroom. i have pots so i need to drink?

Diarrhea is what: causes the running to the bathroom, but Gatorade does have a lot of sugar and likely contributes to the expulsion. Pedialyte may agree with you better. Esp if you have POTS, you need to make sure you are hydrated always. More than most people. Hope this helps. Thanks for trusting in HealthTap.
