Benign lipoma: At your age, it is almost certainly a benign lipoma. It is o non-painful motile mass, soft texture, and unlikely to enlarge. it will not cause skin surface puckering when you raise your arms vertically next to your head, it is basically a lump of fatty tisue, homogeneously soft.

Get it checked up: At your age most likely a benign mass , unlikely a tumor . But , YOU MUST get it checked up by your doctor .
