How long can an 8 month old go without pooping before i call doctor? she is breast fed and eating solids.

Breastfeeding: The longest time one of my patients have done this is 7 days. She was happy and was eating and voiding well and only had 4 poops within a month. It is not normal if she becomes irritable, starts to refuse feeding and vomit or show a distended belly. But even before these observations happen, bring her to the pediatrician to rule out any abnormality.
