My baby suffer from constant constipation, he is 7/12 old on breast feeding and just started to eat solids . i don't know what to give him ? plz help

Breast fed kids: Breast fed infants can stool a little every feed or overflow a diaper once a week. If it is soft when they go it is not constipation. If stools are getting hard, i often try full strength prune juice, 1oz once or more/d.Takes about 3d to get things moving. Solids like applesauce, rice cereal or bananas often slow things down & constipate a baby. Peaces, pears, & barley are less constipating.
