I have a sudden onset of a sore throat, swollen lymph nodes, sore neck and headache. i'm also fatigued. had a strep and mono test come back negative?

Need a flu test: Although symptoms did not include fever or body aches or fatigue. Common colds or viral pharyngitis can present the same way. Use over the counter medicines to alleviate the throat and headache, such as Cepacol and ibuprofen respectively. If things don't improve after 3 days, u would need to see a healthcare provider then.
