Incorrect reading: I suspect the temperate was either taken improperly or the thermometer is incorrect; you may want to compare that reading to a different thermometer. A body temperature of 92F is what you see in moderate to severe hypothermia whether from cold exposure or shock, and it can result in death. Some people's body temperature varies naturally but not below 96 to 97 or so.
