Body Temperature: Fluctuating body temperature without any other associated symptoms can be a sign of hormonal imbalance. It can be either the thyroid hormone or just the female hormones. A lot of times they are associated with other symptoms but can be isolated. You should see a physician and get some blood work done to check those as well as a complete blood count, urine test, liver, kidney and electrolyte panel.
