It would be helpful to determine what your pulse, blood pressure & temperature are near bedtime. Also whether you eat a bedtime snack can make a difference. Many people do have a rise in blood pressure at night. Higher body temperature at night may impair sleep quality. If your vital signs at bedtime are significantly abnormally high, you should be evaluated by your physician.
