If she has not seen: her doctor for this,she should.It is best to know what the underlying cause of her fever is,so that it can be treated,rather than just treating the fever,which will persist as long as there is an underlying cause.Fevers are not dangerous;they are a sign that the body is fighting an infection.They can be uncomfortable, so in that case, it is safe to give Pamol with the proper dose,with fluids&rest.
