No: The mechanism of action differs in all 3 (aripiprazole, quetiapine & ziprasidone) ... However, the main therapeutic target for these is D2 (a type of Dopamine) so in that way they are all similar. How each of the drugs influences the other neurotransmitter systems is where the differences arise. Hope that helps!
