Less weight gain: Forget the weight gain. You need to see your Psychologist and/or Psychiatrist to help control your bipolar disorder.

Your medication should be managed by a Psychiatrist who understands your medical and psychological history. If you are not confident in your Doctor please see another for a second opinion. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy to help.

The three meds you mentioned are antipsychotics used to treat hallucinations & delusions. Unless these symptoms apply to you during a manic flareup, I question whether they're a good choice for you.Discuss the need for any if these meds with your treating psychiatrist.
