Apocrine Cyst?: You're probably describing an apocrine cyst, which is very common. The vast majority of these are completely benign, but in rare cases are associated with changes that can lead to cancer. If your pathologist mentioned metaplasia or hyperplasia or atypia, you need to talk to your breast surgeon about closer follow up.
