Probably : The appendix is not an essential organ -after removal your health should remain the same. The abnormalities described, in particular weight loss, can be alarm symptoms and probably need an evaluation by a doctor. I am particularly concerned that you feel you look pale. This could be a sign of blood loss. Get checked out and hopefully everything will be fine!

Prob not related : Was the appendix taken for true appendicitis ? Or just for lower abdominal pain?. There are many intestinal issues that could feel like an appendix but not improve after appendectomy. See GI or surgeon to evaluate.
