Sclerosing lymphangi: This sounds like a condition called sclerosing lymphangitis of the penis. (Google it -- you can find photos to compare with your situation.) It's harmless and your doctor is right: it will clear up, but takes time. It doesn't typically cause erectile problems, urine leaking, or other symptoms.
