Need to see doctor: There are so many possible causes of feeling tired and having back pain that no one here can help you other than to advise you see a doctor for a thorough evaluation- you might have a chronic infection like parasites, nutrient deficiencies, thyroid problems, poor sleep etc. etc. Make sure you are getting enough Vit D (probably 5000 iu a day, take a good multivit, eat well, relax, do stretches etc.
