I am always chewing ice and i feel tired most of the time, i usually suffer from back and joint pains could i have a problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible anemia: The urge to chew ice, or more generally the urge to chew non-food items, is known as pica. This can be a sign of iron deficiency anemia, which may be one reason that you're feeling tired. It's a good idea to see your PCP for evaluation.
