Sounds like: you may be experiencing a sinus infection. This is poften due to PNEUMOCOCCUS a BACTERIA which produces a dark green/black mucous. Contact your PCP and relate these syptoms.... In the meantime some NASAL SPRAY (OTC AFRIN) may help the drainage. Hope this helps! Dr Z
