See a doctor: Get an evaluation by a doctor make sure you don't have something more serious like a kidney issue. Your symptoms may be secondary to just bodyaches from a flu but you need to exclude more serious issues and should see a doctor to be examined.

Abd pain started 10d ago in LUQ, CBC/CMP normal, treated w/ Toradol, better for 3days. Now the pain got worse and expanded to whole belly, radiating to back, constant nausea (vomitted once), low grade fever/chills, dry cough. What could this be?
