Clarification needed: Does this patient have high thyroid on treatment, or low thyroid on replacement thyroid hormone therapy? Most of these symptoms seem unrelated and coincidental, but they certainly could be caused by thyroid disease. The blood pressure 140/90 itself is not high enough to be at stroke level, causing numbness and tingling in limbs. I would go check her thyroid levels.
