Bronchitis: These symptoms are consistent with chronic bronchitis with features of possible emphysema or asthma even in the absence of wheezing. Of course you must avoid smoking and other causes of pollution. I recommend that you see a pulmonologist for diagnosis and treatment. Appropriate testing will be done.
