my vision is clear but it seems blurry at the same time, i get a lot of headaches, and my memory is very bad. i have a history blood clots at age 15.

Evaluate: 1) Get your vision evaluated, 2) Headaches - see your primary MD and/or a headache specialist, 3) blood clots -- where/when and associated with what triggers? A few separate but possibly related issues.
